FleetHD was built by a team with deep roots in the companies that serve and support fleet operations — combined with the engineering expertise to turn that knowledge into software. We didn't come from outside the industry and try to apply generic technology to a problem we'd read about. We came from inside it, brought the technical depth to match, and built FleetHD to solve the problems we'd seen firsthand.
Our intelligence engine was developed working directly with major fleets — not in a lab. The platform reflects years of real-world fleet maintenance experience alongside modern software engineering practices: scalable cloud infrastructure, configurable rules engines, and data pipelines designed to normalize and make sense of the fragmented data that telematics systems generate.
FleetHD is a US-based company with a consultative engagement model. We work closely with every customer to configure the platform for how their operation actually runs — because no two fleets are organized the same way, and a one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work in fleet maintenance.
